We recommend being available at the start of your appointment so we can walk through the space together and confirm what stays and what goes. After that, you're welcome to leave — we'll take it from there and update you when we're done.
It depends on the service level. A Garage Refresh typically takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours. A full Garage Reset runs 3 to 4 hours. A Transformation can take 4 to 6 hours for heavily loaded spaces. Every job is completed in a single visit.
Pricing & Payment
Yes — we require a $50 deposit to confirm your booking. This goes toward the total cost of your service and ensures your spot is held. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the job.
No. The quote you receive is what you pay. If anything changes on the day of service that would affect the price, we'll discuss it with you before proceeding.
We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the job.
When you refer a friend or neighbor who books a service, you'll receive $50 off your next job. Just let us know at the time of your next booking who you referred.
The Service
We sort everything together with you at the start of the job — keep, donate, or toss. Items designated for trash are bagged and left at the curb or removed entirely with our Junk Haul Away add-on.
Nothing at all. Don't clean up before we arrive — that's our job. Just make sure vehicles are removed from the garage and you're available at the start of the appointment.
Yes — basic storage bin organization is included with every service level. We sort and consolidate items into existing bins as part of the job. If you'd like us to source and label new bins or implement a more detailed system, we can discuss that as part of your quote.
